Welcome to the fitness testing component.
Here we will determine your current base level of physical health.

If you fail to reach the required level, don’t worry, there are specifically designed fitness programmes available in your resources section.
Use these to prepare yourself for the retest in 8 weeks time.

Instructions to complete fitness test


The full fitness test is as follows:
THE ENTIRE TEST MUST TAKE NO LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES MAXIMUM

1. 3 minutes of continuous step ups
2. 10 Squats to a minimum of 90 degrees (unaided)
3. 10 Full push ups (on toes)
4. 10 Reverse lunges (unaided, alternating legs)
5. 60 seconds Plank (on toes)

You will need to allow our app access to your photographs but don’t worry, we only have access to whatever you choose to upload.

If you have more than 1 video, once you’ve successfully uploaded the first, click the “add more +” button and repeat the process.

Do not click submit until you have added all necessary files.
